We use HEPA‑filtered vacuums and dust barriers to contain debris. We also offer dustless tile removal for more sensitive environments.

Is haul off included?

Yes. We haul away all debris and dispose of it properly, leaving your space clean and ready for the next phase of your project.

Do you handle asbestos or lead paint removal?

Accepted Answer

We can recommend specialized abatement companies for hazardous materials like asbestos or lead. Our crew does not remove these materials directly.

Can I keep any salvageable materials?

Accepted Answer

Certainly. If you’d like to save usable hardwood boards or other materials, let us know before demo begins and we’ll set them aside for you.

Do you remove baseboards during demo?

Accepted Answer

We can remove and reinstall baseboards as part of the service if needed for your new flooring. We also offer new baseboard installation and shoe moulding.
